Circle of Souls Animal Rescue

Circle of Souls Animal Rescue was founded in September 2023. We focus on giving animals full-circle care from the day we get them until they find their fur-ever home. We are based in Wisconsin primarily out of Sheboygan and surrounding counties. Our animals are in foster homes, we do not have a building. We rely on our volunteers and the board to help save the animals. We are a 501c3 organization.
